Are drivers background-checked?
Yes, all our drivers complete Florida Level 2 FBI fingerprint background checks under Florida Statute 435. We also have CPR and First Aid certified drivers.
Do you transport children without a parent?
We prioritize safety and compliance. For children, we require a parent or legal guardian to be present for all rides unless a pre-approved alternative is provided.
What if the driver is late?
We are committed to punctuality. If a driver is delayed beyond the expected time, we will notify you immediately and provide a new estimated arrival time.
